Description

Cake is two layers of  spice flavour.

Filling is a vanilla buttercream.

Decoration is a number of complex  vanilla fondant items and vanilla buttercream. with a chocolate fondant name plaque.

Black fondant mortar board,  a history  textbook, a palm tree, and logos of the Army National Guard,  of which he is a member. Also the logos of the High School from which he graduated and the college which he will attend.

Lee graduated from High School and is to pursue either a history or Landscape Architecture degree.

This cake was one of several cakes made for a graduation celebration.  Each cake was designed to reflect the degree obtained and the future plans or, in the case of High School grads, to reflect the further course of study they were to undertake..
